Clark House - Bed & Breakfast Inn on Hayden Lake - Accommodations, Dining, Weddings, Corporate Retreat

WEDDINGS

F. Lewis Clark Mansion is available on a rental basis for Weddings, Receptions or other Special Events. Outlined below is our fee schedule and basic policies.

FACILITY FEE

Based on number of guests, including Wedding Party

2 - 6 guests	1 hr.	$500
7 - 20 guests	2 hr. Additional Time	$1250 $100/hr.
21 - 34 guests	3 hr. afternoon 4 hr. evening Additional Time	$2000 + luncheon $2000 + dinner $200/hr.
35 - 50 guests	3 hr. afternoon 4 hr. evening Additional Time	$2500 + luncheon $2500 + dinner $300/hr.

In-House Minister Fee $300 (upon availability). Outside Minister Minimum fee $300.
Rates include pre-wedding coordination costs, allowing for a twenty minute wedding rehearsal with wedding party only.

Charges start when your first guest arrives and end when your last guest departs.

Wedding quests are asked to respect the needs of our other guests and are not allowed on the second floor of the Mansion.

WITH REGARD TO FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE.

Clark House is licensed for beer, wine, liquor and food. Therefore, all food and beverages must be purchased through Clark House. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto premises.

Non-Hosted Bar Setup Fee: $250 plus $200 guaranteed sales
Hosted Bar Bar Setup Fee: $250 plus $200 guaranteed sales

Afternoon Wedding (1 - 4 p.m.), minimum charges apply; Luncheon Menu served

Evening Wedding (5 - 9 p.m.), minimum charges apply; Dinner Menu served (maximum 50 guests, indoor seating only).

There is a $100 cake cutting charge unless the cake is the desert course for your lunch or dinner.

A guarantee guest count is required 7 days prior to your event.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

If a room is required for change of clothes, please arrange for a rental, otherwise the restroom is available for changing. (Certain restrictions apply to room rental during high-volume seasons at the Mansion.)

No rice, birdseed, rose/petals allowed.

PAYMENT POLICY

The total facility fee is required to secure the premises and is non-refundable if cancellation occurs in fewer than 60 days from the date of the wedding.

A MasterCard, Visa, etc., guarantee is necessary prior to the Wedding Day and all charges are due and payable at the conclusion of your event.

There is an additional charge of 100.00 per hour for photo shoots (inside/outside) if they do not fit within the Wedding time frame.
